Zowie’s massage and the all round experience was so healing. I felt held with care in the space; her attunement, quality and specificity of touch and grounded energy helped me to release a lot of tension and leave feeling peaceful and reenergised. Would highly recommend!

Charli truly has healing hands! This place was a deep santuary for me, and the practitioner really knew the science and art of ayurvedic massage and yoga. The best massage I’ve had! I booked 2 hours with Despina who was able to pin point areas of tension and pain. Perfect amount of pressure applied and also the incorporation of stretch was fantastic! Had a lovely experience at Aura Spa. The spa room is so lovely & private and they've managed to fit so much in a small place. However 45minutes goes very quickly! The massages we had were amazing, they asked which areas we'd like focused on, usually masseuses ignore this, but they really took care to target our problem areas and we were so relaxed afterwards! Would definitely recommend for a couples spa or with close friends & family.

This was my second Ayurvedic massage to date, and confirmed this was the best therapy for me.
