The best massage I’ve had! I booked 2 hours with Despina who was able to pin point areas of tension and pain. Perfect amount of pressure applied and also the incorporation of stretch was fantastic! It sooo rare to be able to surrender and trust the person to know exactly what you need. Despina’s touch is so perfect- releasing tension and touching your soul. Such a special place and soul.

This was my second Ayurvedic massage to date, and confirmed this was the best therapy for me. Charli gave me a combination of gentle stretches and soothing pressure to both calm my mind and ease my aches (of which I had several!) It was an unhurried and relaxing experience which left me floating out of the building on my way home. I’ll definitely be back for more!
