I booked my husband a massage, he definitely needed it. He’s not one to be free with the compliments, but could not have been more effusive with the praise for Roxy and her magical healing hands. Not only did she sort out some major back pain for hubby, she even took the time to message us afterwards with some research regarding the specific issues he was experiencing. Cannot recommend her enough!

I came to Sophie with a trapped painful feeling in my mid back and a lot of tension. 1 hour later and with her magical hands, the trapped feeling is gone and my body feels so fluid and free! Sophie is so attentive and the pressure is always exactly right!

Best massage I have had, Sarah-Jayne is an excellent therapist, felt immediate benefits from my treatment, her care and attention was 1st class, the ambience of the room was perfect, helping to put me at ease. Sarah-Jayne is so knowledgeable in her craft, but also has the personal touch to make the experience so special. I would highly recommend this form of massage to newcomers, as a 1st timer myself, I will be booking further treatments, in the next few months.

Ayurvedic yoga massage with Roxy is such a wonderful way to start the day. Roxy listened to my current body woes and worked some creative massage miracles which left me feeling and moving so much better. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of experiencing an Ayurvedic massage and it was absolutely amazing. The masseuse was highly skilled and professional, and made me feel completely relaxed and at ease throughout the entire session. The massage techniques used were incredibly soothing, and I could feel the tension melting away from my body. The use of warm oil and herbal remedies added an extra layer of relaxation and rejuvenation to the experience. I left feeling refreshed and revitalized, and would highly recommend this massage to anyone looking for a relaxing and therapeutic experience.

I’ve been having monthly massages with Sophie since May 2023 after receiving a recommendation from a friend and words can’t describe how amazing she is. I sit at a desk all day and do a lot of fitness / gym work so my muscles are always tight and full of tension! But every time I see Sophie she works her magic and I leave feeling like a new person. She made me feel very comfortable from the start and was very considerable in adjusting the intensity of the treatment according to my needs.
