Roxy has a real talent for creating a relaxing atmosphere and her techniques are very powerful. I felt really calm and cared for during the treatment and the benefits are instant. She immediately made me feel comfortable, and the massage was incredibly relaxing and effective, exactly what I needed. I have already left a positive review on TripAdvisor as u wanted but normally I leave reviews on fresha so my 1st ever visit here was superb it went to plan I enjoyed my Indian head massage wiv Abi very much most importantly left Spa feeling great wat I wanted & exactly wat i achieved shud hav perhaps booked an earlier appointment jus because in the spontaneous moment I was liking indian head massage that much fancied a Swedish massage but my appointment was 540pm & they close 630pm.I will jus book again next time for that whenever I require a treat and want my mood lifting

I had a deeply relaxing Indian head massage with Ellie as part of her case study. She skilfully balanced gentle massage, breath work, and invigorating movements. As I’m in my third trimester, she adapted the treatment with care and explained each adjustment, such as lighter pressure on shoulders and ears and avoiding the mouth area. I appreciated her knowledge and professionalism. Ellie made me feel completely at ease, and her technique was confident and nurturing.

I enjoy Sophie’s massages so much not only cause she has the best hands, but cause she knows how to create the best vibe for a deeply relaxing massage. She has super strong hands and knows well when to apply the right amount of pressure. I always leave the room floating for the rest of the day and grateful that I booked :)

Ellie has such a calming and reassuring manner about her that I instantly felt relaxed. We chatted through issues that I was dealing with and what I wanted to get out of the treatment which was mainly to de-stress and feel relaxed. Ellie definitely achieved that with a wonderful Indian head massage that relaxed me so much I could have fallen asleep! The whole session felt peaceful and unrushed. I would definitely go back.

The most amazing massage that eased all my aches.

Ellie was warm and open, she immediately put me at ease and explained what the treatment was all about. I’ve had other massage treatments before, but not Indian Head massage, and not with Ellie. It was very relaxing and there was a lot more work on my arms, shoulders and back which I was not expecting and also on my face. The treatment was very nurturing and I felt calm and happy afterwards, I took this with me into the following few days at home with the kids. It was a very positive experience and I will be back! Ellie is a very special person and an intuitive Therapist who understood me. The experience of indian head massage was just wonderful and i think i was asleep after about 5 minutes. It took me ages to come back but Ellie let me sit in a glow for 10 minutes with some mint tea and fresh water. The massage was a gorgeous mix of pressures with an oil that smelled perfect. I will be floating back as soon as possible. I really loved the end where i was wrapped up and rocked. Thank you Ellie!

She treats with instinct, wisdom and compassion and is one of the most experienced massage therapists I’ve ever had.
