First time visiting Picasso and I had such a great experience! The space is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming — the entrance is bright and inviting. Kim greeted me right away and checked me in; she was so lovely and easy to talk to. I booked with Peter and he was fantastic! Super friendly and really paid attention to detail — he did my nails exactly how I like them. I’ll definitely be coming back

Liza did my massage and as someone who has had so many includding fire cupping, Liza did the BEST massage I've ever had. She took her time, worked on my entire body & when I asked her to focus on my lower back she took the challenge & did such an amazing job. She helped my chronic lower back pain feel soooooo much better. I've always had a great time at Picasso for mani/pedi but now I'm also coming back for Liza! Thank you Liza!

I had the chance to work with three techs (two for my nails, and one for my lashes) and everyone was lovely—kind, friendly, and professional. My deluxe pedicure and bio gel set are perfect! The only issue was communication about my lash lift and tint. As it was my first time, I made sure to mention that, but I wasn’t asked how much lift I wanted. The tech chose a very subtle lift, and I would have chosen maximum lift if I’d known there were different options. I feel like I paid for a service with very little visible difference which is really disappointing.

I booked a reflexology session with Marzena at Cedarhouse Spa after a tough couple of days, including a long haul flight. She seemed to intuitively sense that I needed more than just the treatment I'd booked, and kindly offered to incorporate some additional work on my neck and shoulders. I was so glad I said yes. The whole experience felt genuinely healing rather than just a standard treatment. Marzena's depth of knowledge, warmth, and attentiveness is something special. I left feeling restored and cared for. She is exactly the kind of therapist you hope to find. Highly recommend.

I’ve had bio gel on my nails for years now, and wanted them off so I can let my nails breathe. Zoe did a fantastic job of removing the bio gel, she was precise, but gentle not to damage my nails. I also got the deluxe manicure, which, if you have not had I recommend. Overall, I left very happy!! Thank you Zoe! For the wonderful care and job you did!

Wonderful experience. I emailed mid-flight to Toronto as I was going to miss my second flight due to delays so I was going to have a very long layover. They accommodated me and got me in for a shellac removal and pedicure same day. Very friendly service, excellent pedicure, I can’t say enough good things. 10/10, will definitely go back when I’m in the area.
