I happily became a regular user (basically addicted) to the Hollywood wax by Dawn. She is so confident in her job that I could easily fall asleep while she is waxing me. No pain at all, no stress, clean and sorted for weeks. I cannot recommend enough. 10/10

Dawn is a very professional therapist and she instantly puts you at ease. The salon is immaculate. She is very confident in her waxing, so you are in good hands. When it comes to intimate waxing, she knows her stuff! Don"t be nervous booking, she is very welcoming indeed and explains the process totally!

Excellent service! Cassey is very accommodating and explains exactly how she'll do your lashes. She's definitely one of the best lashes technicians I've encountered in Blackpool.

Great visit to the salon, I feel this place is a hidden gem in Blackpool. Next appointment already booked for the New Year.

I had the most wonderfully relaxing head massage today (which included back, neck, shoulders and arms!) expertly given by Samantha; she is extremely skilled and I felt quite emotional and blissful afterwards. We were there for the weekend and although I live in South Manchester I would happily drive back to have another massage from her. Needless to say, I can't recommend Samantha highly enough.

First time visiting Bramble and Bee at The Grand - and a very relaxing and enjoyable experience that I hope to repeat. Bev helped to alleviate aches and pains in feet and arms and the head massage element was super too. My facial was amazing. Orange and Honey for hydration. No leaving me on my own like some therapists do but Elsa gave me a neck and scalp massage during the first face mask and an arm and shoulder massage during the second face mask. It really was the best facial I have ever had. My face looks healthier and I feel much more relaxed Brilliant. Thank you. I look forward to my next visit.

Excellent, I had some facial waxing & a dermaplaning treatment. The salon is warm & friendly, the prices are very affordable. I have already booked in for some more pampering, so that speaks volumes.

Today Melissa did an eyebrow tint and wax.... my eyebrows are looking fantastic due to her expert attention throughout this year. Exactly what I wanted!
