My experience was good. The salon was clean and there were a lot of shellac colour options. The reason I deducted a star was because it wasn’t clear before the appointment that they charge $10 for shellac removal if done at a different salon. Also, the manicure area setup wasn’t comfortable, the chair was too low and extending my arms out while leaning forward made my neck hurt by the end of the appointment… I voiced this to the technician but she just smiled and didn’t offer any modifications. Overall, it was an okay experience, expected a bit more based on the reviews and price.

Gabrielle was my nail tech, she was so nice patient and polite. The environment was so clean and everybody was heartwarming and friendly. We even had a girl talk amongst us. Definitely a safe space and will be back. Nails turned out cute also.

I had an eyelash lift as well as eyebrow waxing and lift done, and my experience was amazing! Cherie was absolutely wonderful—very professional, gentle, and detail-oriented. I was honestly skeptical doing a Brazilian wax outside my home country, so I asked for a black lady to work on me to relive some anxiety😅 But Mani said she was alone and I cautiously proceeded with the appointment. But oh it really went so well, not as painful as my first waxing experience, this being my second time to wax ever. Took a short time and was done.
