Gracey has made me feel welcome and comfortable with her warm, calm, professional nature. She makes sure you're comfortable, fully informed on your treatment and open to any questions to ensure you're happy to proceed. I was happy with the manner in which Gracey moved forwarded into the treatment and happy that my comfort and satisfaction was maintained from start to finish. I’ve been getting my nails done by Rosie for a couple of months now and she is a brilliant tech and human! My nails have never lasted this well before getting them done by Rosie (and I have a very hands on job so they get abused daily.) She’s also so creative and always creates the prettiest unique designs inspired by my Pinterest bored which is brilliant when I’m undecided on what to get. Highly recommend the salon as a whole as the girls create a lovely welcoming atmosphere 😊
