Liz is very gentle in her treatments and exceptionally considerate. I appreciate her efficiency and her encouraging disposition. Ultimately, why I am a client...unwanted facial/body hair with a goal of permanent removal -- it is a very comfortable procedure and I am pleasantly impressed at the painless process it is. Also, my skin feels so soft after my electrolysis treatment and there is zero appearance of the procedure having been administered less than a few hours later. I wish I could put into words the unequivocal reassurance I feel in Liz's care plus her extensive expertise - a true gem!

I don't know where to start...so, how about with communication, ease of making/adjusting an appointment, being informed in-between time, greeted with professional welcome, and the thoroughness in my consultation; whereby, my husband was as equally welcomed and felt very comfortable. The office is aesthetically pleasing, tastefully appointed, and feels incredibly clean as well as a reassuringly sterile, medical environment.
