I’ve never been for a professional facial, so wasn’t sure what to expect, or what I needed, but Olivia was brilliant and discussing my skin with me and recommending what was best. I’m still glowing the day after and feel cleansed and super fresh!

One of the best facials I’ve had. Olivia was really informative during the facial, explaining what she was doing and how each step would help skin. Olivia has also given me advise on what I can do at home with my skincare routine to help improve my skin.

My first time, was given a voucher. Super decor. My treatments, glass facial with Olivia & BN&S massage with India were fab. Face feels fab. Lovely pressure with massage. Lovely warm beds. For me (& thats probably my age) cos everyone else was quite young, I’m used to quiet rooms with doors closed with gentle music. It wouldn’t stop me coming again though .

My experience was amazing I had a glass skin facial Olivia had mention everything step by step let me know what was happening. My skin has never looked so good. Very happy with my experience with Olivia
