What a great experience in the heart of Rotorua. As I was visiting family from overseas, I had reviewed most places and grateful to have booked in with Antoinette, who was a fantastic Lash Tech - I would highly recommend her and their services, and will definitely be back next time.

Rodel is excellent. He really takes his time to get it right. I first went to him when he was at Mancraft Taupo, and I'm stoked he's in Rotorua now. I left him a 5-star review back then, and am happy to leave another now. I'll be bringing my son for his next cut too. Cheers Rodel!

Ive been travelling to Rotorua and visiting Jaided for my lashes for the past four years. The space is always comfortable, the girls are warm and welcoming, and the quality of their work is consistently amazing and also their services are also very affordable. I can’t recommend Jaided enough! Honestly amazing ♥️

All the ladies are lovely here. Really appreciate Tai with her caring customer service and amazing massage. I had a few massages recently in Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia, well the prices were cheaper, Tai's massages are way better. I also heard the satisfaction from other customers leaving on how they enjoyed their massages. Look forward to my next massage the next time I visit Rotorua. Highly recommend this place for its ambience, great staff and service.

Wonderful as usual! Antoniette is a great professional, I think she is the best eyelash extensions master in Rotorua. She works very gentle and accurate, fast, no discomfort afterwards and the result is great, which also lasts long.

Amazing service, done a really good cut for my 9yo son. Highly recommend. Have tried several Rotorua Barbers, this ones our new go-to! Son says the warm cloth at the end to wipe away stray hairs was the best bit! Thankyou.
