Proper deep tissue sports massage with a thoughtful and thorough approach to treatment. I appreciated Jake taking the time to explain his approach, very reasonable pricing and the environment is beautifully set up. I felt very comfortable and welcome - left feeling great.

Thanks for another great massage. Having spent significant amounts of time in SE Asia and being into endurance sports, I've had a LOT of massages over the years and am not easily impressed- most other places just don't cut it. The ladies at Orewa never disappoint though and I can always count on an excellent massage. I've relied on the wonderful Lekky and Patty for years, and Chery is up there with the best massages I've had anywhere in the world; she's great at intuitively working on problem tight areas.

I went to see Jake for a sports and recovery massage after playing rugby league for the first time since injury and it was great, I didn't relise how tight my body actually was untill after the massage from Jake, I felt great. My muscles were loose and feeling really good again. Highly recommend Jake he took his time and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Will absolutely be going back throughout the league season.
