  • The person that attended to me was very gentle and professional. She put me through step by step process. I.e ma, this would take ten minutes(when the massager on on my head), this process would take 20 minutes(when the protein treatment was put in my hair. She made me feel at ease, gave me advise as to trimming my hair because of breakage, and suggested I get hair mayonnaise for my hair and use same twice a week. Her hand is gentle on the hair, does not seem rough and hasty and also the hair is neat and beautiful. Am impressed with her service.
