The salon is very clean, easy to find, love the ambiance and excellent customer service. MzVee and Naa did my nails. They were friendly, personable, detailed and very thorough. The reviews on both Fresha and google matched. I love my nails and will definitely book for other services like a massage and get my hair done.

I was dissatisfied with the initial outcome of my lash install. The Brielle team kept in touch, and arranged for a re-install. Rasheeda was professional in her communication and service management. Shantel, the lash technician welcomed the feedback and made sure I was satisfied after my re-install.

Top-tier service from start to finish. The attention to detail, comfort, and professionalism was exceptional. My lash extensions are flawless—lightweight, elegant,

The service was super as always. I know the barbers need some time or days off but can you do a little data analysis. Let your receptionist take this month and note down 1. The time people come in 2. The number of people requiring services at what time. Etc Because if I come in at 5pm and there are 3 people ahead of me but there is only one barber on site I will move to my next preferred barber. This is not a criticism of the barbers just that we need to consciously know when people come in or will be coming to know what days to give them day off. Thank you.
