Such a nice first visit to Invidia. I’m new to Norwich and delighted I picked this hidden gem. Jasmine listened to my rambling explanations of the quirks of my hair, was ready with suggestions and I felt completely confident to ask her for suggestions on the cut. I left the salon knowing I could recreate the style at home and that it won’t look weird if my hair gets damp in any much-needed rain. Salon is lovely and cool too!

Best wax ever. Victoria is a gorgeous person who makes you feel completely comfortable and makes the experience as easy as it could possibly be. I would not go anywhere else in Norwich for a wax.

This lady goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction, I had a lovely foot spa to begin and followed by a back , shoulder and leg massage,which was the best I've ever had , and even the bed was heated, there was no rush at all , and she really enjoys her work so much it's lovely to see , definitely a real gem of Norwich,and couldn't recommend her enough.

Maggie is the Michelangelo of brows. I’ve tried countless technicians and survived shaved, wonky and “permanently surprised” eyebrows, yet I always return to her. She gets it right every time with flawless technique and perfect precision. Her tinting, lash lifts and treatments are just as amazing.
