Best massage in Louth by a million miles. George takes the time to understand the primary source of the discomfort and misalignment. His knowledge and professionalism is second to none. My general mobility has improved and my horse riding has also improved significantly. Can’t wait for my next visit.

Very professional, fitted me in at the last minute to help me out with hamstring before running an Ultra.

A great and relaxing experience. Saroja is very informative, patient and is of a very happy disposition. Now continuing with advise and excersises given by Saroja to aid her wonderful treatment. Feeling some relief as my back seems less tight. Thank you very much Saroja.

Very good; unrushed, plenty of time to discuss broader context ie health and well being generally, and receive appropriate advice. Manipulation/treatment directed to appropriate weak spots.

Jonny is just the most patient, kind and very skilled stylist. I love the way he styles my hair and am so thankful that he listens and checks in with me along the way about how the cut is looking. I wish we lived in the area so I could have Jonny as my stylist for every haircut, but whenever we are near Louth I will always make sure I get an appointment with him. The new salon is also beautiful and comfortable. It has a lovely storefront with lots of natural light, and feels private since there aren't a lot of other people there. It's like having a private stylist all to yourself.

Fantastic first treatment, one of the most tailored massages I have had. The room was lovely and comfortable and the personable service great. I will be a new regular for sure x

I had my hair done today with Jonny and it was a wonderful experience all round. A beautiful salon with a warm, sophisticated ambiance. Jonny makes you feel so welcome but maintains a professional demeanour throughout. He goes above and beyond to make you feel like you’ve had a 5star experience. Most importantly, my hair looks amazing, I love it. 10/10 experience, the best salon in louth.

I visited The Body Work Bar to see George for a swimming‑related shoulder issue. His personal service was excellent, and his knowledge and understanding of my needs were clear from the start. The treatment was first‑class and made a real difference. Highly recommended.

Saroja was welcoming, lovely and very patient with my newborn who came for an appointment after having his tongue tie released. My baby wasn’t being the most cooperative during his first appointment but Saroja reassured me this was fine and we wasn’t wasting her time. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting treatment for their children or babies.
