Andrew is a true professional and knows his stuff inside out. He was able to diagnose what was wrong with me very quickly and got to work with myofascial release and dry needling. I came away feeling much more mobile. I was also given exercises to help strengthen a weak hip. I will be back to continue my healing journey. I will not hesitate to recommend Andrew. I am so glad I found Just active and so close to home being a bonus.

Great massage as always

Amazing as always. You don’t realise how bad your aches are until Fiona starts working at them. Feeling so much lighter already. I’ll be back sooner next time. Fantastic service, could do with more Fiona’s!
