Kayleigh did an amazing job with my brows. I was a bit nervous beforehand, but she instantly put me at ease - she’s genuinely lovely, calm, and has such a warm, reassuring aura. Couldn’t be happier with the result. Wonderful and highly recommended!!

Came in for two nose piercings and also came back in for a bar change, and both visits were spot on. Super calm, professional, and zero drama (which my nose appreciated). Everything was explained clearly, hygiene was immaculate, and the piercings look amazing. Friendly, reassuring, and clearly knows their stuff... wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had a brilliant experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable and talked me through the whole process, including the different options available, which really put me at ease. The aftercare instructions were clear and straightforward, and I really appreciated going back for downsizing after a few weeks. She also gave great advice on the types of jewellery I might want to try in the future, which I’ve never had from a piercer before. The whole environment was welcoming and friendly, and I felt completely looked after from start to finish. I’d highly recommend her.

Rachel Leith is FANTASTIC at her job! I've had 4/5 laser sessions off of her now and she really makes you comfortable with the whole process throughout. When I had my first ever laser session with Rachel, she understood how nervous I was, was so professional with me, explained how the whole process works to me, made sure I was comfortable and understood me right from the start. If you're looking for laser or are super nervous about it all, Rachel is fantastic at helping you understand!!! 10/10 recommend👏🏻

Been with daughter for a navel piercing. Fantastic service, Kimberley was top notch, very friendly and explained everything to us in details. Managed to calm down and connect with a very excitrd but also anxious 16 years old girl. Definitely recommended and very thankful for the brilliant service, we shall return very soon x
