Came in for two nose piercings and also came back in for a bar change, and both visits were spot on. Super calm, professional, and zero drama (which my nose appreciated). Everything was explained clearly, hygiene was immaculate, and the piercings look amazing. Friendly, reassuring, and clearly knows their stuff... wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had a brilliant experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable and talked me through the whole process, including the different options available, which really put me at ease. The aftercare instructions were clear and straightforward, and I really appreciated going back for downsizing after a few weeks. She also gave great advice on the types of jewellery I might want to try in the future, which I’ve never had from a piercer before. The whole environment was welcoming and friendly, and I felt completely looked after from start to finish. I’d highly recommend her.

Great hair appointment, love my hair colour and Jodie got it exactly like I asked for.

New Korean lash lift. Make my eyes look amazing. And give my eyelashes length. Looks very natural. I’ll get this again.

Took my child here to get her ears pierced and had a great experience. The piercer was patient, kind, and really reassuring, which helped put my child at ease. Everything was explained clearly, hygiene was excellent, and the whole process felt calm and professional. Would highly recommend to other parents.
