  • I had a brilliant experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable and talked me through the whole process, including the different options available, which really put me at ease. The aftercare instructions were clear and straightforward, and I really appreciated going back for downsizing after a few weeks. She also gave great advice on the types of jewellery I might want to try in the future, which I’ve never had from a piercer before. The whole environment was welcoming and friendly, and I felt completely looked after from start to finish. I’d highly recommend her.

When I had my first ever laser session with Rachel, she understood how nervous I was, was so professional with me, explained how the whole process works to me, made sure I was comfortable and understood me right from the start. If you're looking for laser or are super nervous about it all, Rachel is fantastic at helping you understand!!! 10/10 recommend👏🏻
