  • Thanks to Sarah at Pure Peace Reiki in Buxton as for a hour I was completely relaxed and felt more re-aligned with myself during the Reiki session. Its nice to have had that hour of complete quietness with no distractions. I've done energy healing & grounding before as part of EMDR/CBT but the Reiki session was a completely new experience.
