Jen is brilliant from a practitioner perspective and as human she’s jolly wonderful!! Had major surgery last year and following that I was introduced by the hospital to Reflexology which opened my eyes - to come back to Bristol and find Zen & Jen - has been like finding hidden treasure. She has been a wonderful addition on my healing journey following a transplant. I would recommend.

Second time that Bobbi has cut my hair, this time with some highlights too. I have curly (3a/b) hair and the shape she’s created is amazing and lasted between cuts. The colour has really lifted the style too. Bobbi really knows her stuff with regard to cutting and styling! I’ve been to a fair few places in Bristol (including Nuala Moray) for my curls and I’m loving coming to Tamed and Wild. The salon itself is so relaxing, such a lovely vibe!

Basia was by far the best masseuse I’ve ever experienced in Bristol and I’ve been to a fair few. I was feeling quite tense and anxious before the massage and within 5 minutes of the massage I instantly felt relaxed and relieved. I left feeling revived, calm and content.
