Madison was very friendly and professional. She made sure my comfort was at the forefront of the experience. She also did a great job on giving my feet a glow up after months between pedicures. I would definitely go back to Smudge if I'm back in Ottawa and need my nails done.

This was my first time at this salon. Such a beautiful space! I am so in love with my nails and they did a fantastic job on my eyebrows too. I have went through 5 other salons since moving to the west end of Ottawa but this is the one I'll be returning to again and again. I appreciated the small talk, complimentary drinks and how sweet everyone was! 10/5 stars!

I went in for a birthday Mani Pedi, and a bit of a nail repair, Linh made my appointment so special, truly an amazing experience. Linh even surprised me at the end with a lil gift, i don't believe there's another nail salon on Ottawa with better service or staff then High Definition Spa.

My experience with my massage at Beauty Gate after my tummy tuck and lipo was beyond my expectations!! Gina is very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely gentle. She made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire session. The place is clean and cosy, which made the experience even better. I noticed a real difference afterward and felt well cared for. I highly recommend Gina at Beauty Gate to anyone in Ottawa looking for post-surgery lymphatic massage.

First time at La Perle and definitely not my last! The studio is lovely and bright and the staff is SO friendly. I came in and had been running late but they were so accommodating and made me feel so special. I wanted pink aura nails for my birthday and they did an absolutely stunning job! The best manicure I’ve ever gotten in my entire life! I am so grateful my friend referred me to this place I truly will not go anywhere else in a Ottawa but here now. 100/10 xx

I consider Alex the hair expert ever since I moved to Ottawa and whenever I'm in the city, I seek out appointments with her. Alex is a talent like no other and I always trust her advice. She recommends products to make the hair healthy/protected both before and after colouring. I love her balayage work. Next up is a haircut!! I always feel great after my appointments. As always, I had great and excellent services by Desiree Baker today. I have been her client for about 4 years and I drive from the west end of Ottawa to Orleans because I am always so happy with the results. She is excellent with colouring, cutting and frankly everything.
