Gia made my experience AMAZING ! Words can’t express how content I am with my results. I have never left a salon loving my results like I did leaving Millenial, all thanks to Gia ! Not only did she work a miracle on my hair, she also provided me with excellent service, making sure I felt good throughout the whole process! I will be visiting again, she is great. Iris is extremely professional and talented. She is patient and caring. Today's visit was frustrating because a service you offer, using the air brush tool took an way longer than it needed to because per the Manager Ismenia the charging cable was broken and this made the machine now hold the charge, thus taking and extra long time to do my nails. No fault of Iris, that's the salons fault or the managers fault for not taking care of it. When I went to pay, and mentioned that the cable should be replaced all Ismenia said was "That's fine, things happen" that whole thing is preventable.

The salon is ALWAYS a great experience and a whole vibe to be at. Mel is the absolute best I’ve ever been to where I’ve actually come back TWICE. This being my second time. Iris is a extremely talented nail artist and an assest to the salon. The things I hear and never speak on would never be a reflection on Iris as she is professional and respectful. My nails are always done beautifully. cannot say that about the rest of the staff. Mrs. Nieva Barbosa, this one's for you as I'm sure you get told one thing but in reality that's not what goes on. We need to have a conversation. I'm 50 not 15 and I think I'm courteous and respectful to the staff, they should be too. I think you have a lovely salon we just need to chat. My number is in the system.

A fun and uplifting salon, very kind and happy staff. My nail technician Francesca was amazing! Both my daughter and I decided to try this nail salon for Russian manicures and we were so pleased with Francesca’s meticulous precision, she really transformed our nails!

I had never heard of Russian mani/pedis or Structure Gel before NbN. My nails have not sustained any damage since I started coming to NbN & my cuticles have yet to be nicked or infected as has happened at every other salon I've been to. The atmosphere is so easy & everyone that works there is so welcoming & easy to talk to. They charge fair prices & their work is top tier. They are ahead of the game when it comes to nail tech & designs. I can't recommend NbN to my friends enough!

Beatriz is wonderful. I love how she did my hair. It looks super healthy and natural. She took her time, provided her honest opinion about what she recommended I should do to my hair, she is very nice, social and seems to truly enjoy what she does. Her salon is clean and organized. I really enjoyed my time while I was at her salon. She’s awesome. I highly recommend her.

I came in for a much needed color correction, hair restoration, and ultimate goal to silver/grey natural. I had been to 2 other salons which resulted in more damage and evidently wrong technique. Stephanie and her team meticulously worked on my hair to ensure minimal damage to color correct. . She thoughtfully worked the process and explained step by step what was happening. Today’s first leap to the end goal exceeded all expectations, needless to say I’ve found my new salon!

Everyone was super amazing and skilled. The service was great and the work done was beautiful. This is definitely a salon I trust to give me what I want every time!
