Yolanda has great experience with facial waxing I just love the job she did as a first time lay person experiencing a waxing of the face she did a fantastic job my face after the redness wore down at the end of the day it looks fabulous I can’t wait till she has to do it again. She also does my real nails with a gel topping on top of them and a no chip polish and I’ve gone 2 1/2 to 3 weeks and they last and look like they were just done she is amazing she is the gal to go to or her 2nd hand Flor she also is great

The entire team at Shine On exceeded expectations. I don’t know thst I’ve had a salon experience in Chicago where I felt I was actually being listened to when explaining what I’m looking for. Noah took the time to explain what he was doing, including what I could expect two and three cuts out. I had eyebrow threading done with Weronicka and she too was amazing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a grown up experience. I’ll be sharing the Shine On business card with friends and look forward to my next salon day.

Love that it’s Latina owned. Everyone is so great there! Let Flor do whatever she wanted on my nails she gave me a choice between two colors and did some beautiful nail art. They also had some red light therapy on my face while she did my pedicure. This will definitely be my new nail salon. Will be recommending it to everyone.

Noah and Veronica always goes above and beyond to provide the best service while providing extraordinary results for haircuts and eyebrow waxing & threading. The consistency with the quality is something hard to find at many other places which is why I am willing to fly in from out-of-state whenever I have the chance to get their services. Additionally, they are both super friendly and personable. Occasionally, you might be visited by their friendly dogs, Cooper and Gloria, whom are both very adorable and friendly. Highly recommended.

Yo these folks know what they're doing. My job is exclusively male so I didn't want something too shiny on the manicure. I don't know her name but the miss who works there couldn't have done a more superb job. I've been to other nail salons - my ex talked me into it a long time ago a few times - but I have a job interview and I feel confident, clean, and nonetheless masculine - like I said my job is basically a frat house as far as how all us salesmen dudes behave - t she got it spot the f on. Highly recommend!

Shine On has been the best experience I have come across. The haircuts and eyebrow threading/waxing services have been of the highest quality. I know I can always rely on their services and get amazing results every time right before any big events requiring a polished look. Shine On Salon is a great male personal grooming salon. After the rave comments that I received from my female coworkers after my first haircut, only Julio cuts my hair. I got a really good chair massage while I was there a couple of visits ago. Weronika gets rid of acne, smoothes dry skin, and she is a great esthetician. She is a really sweet person as well. I have been going there for months now and I have nothing but great things about the staff and the salon. .

The best Facials. Diana is such a professional who loves what she does and provides the best treatments to her clients. She goes above and beyond and she gives recommendations based on personal skincare needs and issues. Highly recommend her! I did many Facial treatments at her salon and I always come back because my skin looks and feels amazing!

Angie was patient and knowledgeable. I asked a lot of questions cause I don't know a lot about eyebrow waxing and she took me step by step on what she was doing and why. My brows look great and my skin did not react badly like it has in the past to brow waxing. I highly reccomend! (Bonus: her shop is decorated real cute!)
