Really good service, as always. My hairdresser, Louisa, was thoughtful and helpful with advice for colouring and cutting my hair. There was a nice friendly atmosphere in the salon and my overall experience was great.

I visited design a head for the first time and had an amazing experience, the staff is so friendly and helpful as I was offered drinks and magazines straight away. My consultation felt very in depth and I fully understood what was being done and why which I haven’t always felt in other salons. I loved the end result of my hair and for an affordable price in comparison with other local salons. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely be returning in the future

It was my first time at the salon and my first impression was how clean and professional it was. I was shown downstairs and Keroline came out immediately to take me in. I was thrilled with the result of my threading and eyebrow shaping and I will definitely be using her for all future treatments. A fantastic first experience and impression.
