I had an appointment with Lauren for an eyelash lift and brown lamination. I was worried I possibly didn't have enough hair and had unfortunately had a negative experience with similar treatments at another Salon in near Crewe. Lauren completely put my mind to rest, she was very professional and informative throughout the treatments. I absolutely love my eyebrows and lashes!! I would not have an appointment anywhere else now and have my next appointments booked :-)

I now go here and only here now. A lot to be said about an atmosphere and Chantelle and her team have a great one. Chantelle is incredibly personable and I feel relaxed and happy to be around her as her energy is so good to be around and she’s also a good to talk about private things with. I cannot honestly think of one negative about this beauty salon or the people there.

I absolutely love this salon! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is so welcoming and the staff are incredibly friendly. Chantelle, always does an amazing job on my eyebrows—I leave every time loving how they look. She also takes great care with my nails, and they’ve turned out perfect. I can’t recommend this place enough! 😊✨

Had my nails done for the first time at Sorelle today. Katie is so friendly and super quick; her talent for freehand detail is simply phenomenal. The salon is lovely and clean and the whole experience was great. I’ve already booked in again and cannot recommend Katie or Sorelle highly enough 🫶

Vicky is professional, polite and very friendly, by the time my appointment was over I felt I’d been one of her clients for years. Whilst this appointment was to get us wedding ready, I will definitely be returning to Vicky for regular upkeep, she has made me look and feel fabulous, and for future help with hair removal. I truly can’t recommend her and her lovely relaxed personality and salon enough. First class

First time in the Salon, the staff were welcoming and I was offered refreshments during my appointment. The salon is stunning and the range of treatments is great. I had Jodie for my appointment and she very professional, pleasant engaged in conversation which made my first experience in the Salon a good one. So much so I booked again. Suggestion/thought for your regular clients gong forward, how about doing a reward/stamp chart, not for a free treatment but a percentage off or even scratch cards at the end of 6 treatments to win the same..
