This my was my first visit to The little village retreat. The booking process was very simple. The salon itself is very welcoming and is in walking distance for me which is great. Katie was very friendly and professional and I was very impressed with my treatment, so much so I have booked my next appointment already.

First time going here, I naturally experience a lot of anxiety when visiting new places. But that was soon eased when I met Sharon who I couldn’t be more grateful for! It felt like I had known her for ages during the course of my treatment. There’s a lot that goes into the luxury manicure so I feel that it’s well worth the price. Once I left I immediately knew this would be my new go-to salon. Thank you again Sharon for making me feel as comfortable as possible :)

After my 3rd session I’m seeing a significant difference. Where normally I would need to shave a small stubble DAILY! Or have regular waxing. I’m now shaving every few weeks if that. My skin is so very smooth as there are areas no hair has returned full stop. I’m having full leg incl. bikini & lip/chin. I have dark coarse hair & I’m embarrassed to say that being peri menopausal hairs spouted on my chin which made me so conscious. It’s completely comfortable & pain free (tiny twinges in certain areas where hair follicle close the surface) Can’t recommend this enough. Thanks Jo

Always receive the warmest welcome and a very professional treatment. The environment is very calm, welcoming, cheerful and very clean and hygienic. Melissa was warm, friendly and extremely professional. She effortlessly put me at ease and couldn't do enough to make me feel comfortable. She was knowledgeable and extremely thorough when doing my waxing and went to huge effort to ensure no hairs were missed! This was my first visit but won't be my last. Thank you ❤️

I am not normally into being pampered but was lucky enough to be treated to a pedicure for Mothering Sunday. I really enjoyed the session and followed Katie to Newstead when she left the city base. The Little Village Retreat was easy to find with a lovely relaxed atmosphere mixed with professionalism and friendliness. This time I had a manicure and pedicure. I will certainly return.
