Really great service today! I had a not so good experience with a different salon and Elise gave excellent advice and was honest about what was achievable today. The final result was fantastic and I feel like my eyebrows look so much better. I felt comfortable and welcome throughout my whole appointment. Very happy with the whole service. Should have just come to Phoenix Beauty in the first place!

I recently visited Beauty by Jenny for a half‑leg wax and bikini wax, followed by a lash lift and tint, and absolutely loved it. The salon is welcoming, clean, and professional. The owner, Jenny, made me feel completely at ease from the start. Both waxing services were efficient and beautifully smooth results. Then came the lash lift and tint—instant “wow” effect! My lashes looked noticeably longer, curled, and the tint added that mascara-worthy finish without any fuss. I’ve received so many compliments already.

I have just got back from having my first waxing session with Tamina at the True Coloz salon and I have to say after feeling so nervous and apprehensive I was pleasantly surprised. Tamina put me at ease and was so professional and gentle. I did take a painkiller as advised due to my first time and it was a little uncomfortable while the wax was pulled off but then there was no pain at all. The music was also very soothing. I will definitely be back. Thank you Tamina. 😊 👍

Jenny is very welcoming, kind and professional, incredibly skilled. The wax was gentle on my skin and the results were amazing. I'm so happy with how smooth my skin feels after my vajacial. Had my eyebrows micro bladed on Wednesday second visit ,very nice salon , Nicola put me at ease & took time to make sure I was comfortable ? Into the healing process now . All in all a very positive experience ! I most definitely recommend this lovely lady & her peaceful salon. Maureen.

I visited Nicola recently in her lovely new salon for a spray tan and an eyebrow tint. Nicola is always professional and kind, with loads of experience in the beauty industry, so I always have confidence in her work, whatever I’m having done. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nicola or the salon for all your beauty needs.

Emily is amazing! I used to really struggle with acrylics and the short amount of time they would last on my nails for. Emily now does my Biab which lasts 4 weeks+ and still look amazing! The salon is beautiful and i love having a chat with Emily - I always look forward to my appointments ☺️
