Really great service today! I had a not so good experience with a different salon and Elise gave excellent advice and was honest about what was achievable today. The final result was fantastic and I feel like my eyebrows look so much better. I felt comfortable and welcome throughout my whole appointment. Very happy with the whole service. Should have just come to Phoenix Beauty in the first place!

Beautiful salon, always smells amazing. very professional and knowledgeable . Gives good advice and never feel rushed. Huge selection of different colors. Long lasting and look fantastic. I often get comments how good my nails look. Good prices. Definitely recommend.

I have just got back from having my first waxing session with Tamina at the True Coloz salon and I have to say after feeling so nervous and apprehensive I was pleasantly surprised. Tamina put me at ease and was so professional and gentle. I did take a painkiller as advised due to my first time and it was a little uncomfortable while the wax was pulled off but then there was no pain at all. The music was also very soothing. I will definitely be back. Thank you Tamina. 😊 👍

I visited Nicola recently in her lovely new salon for a spray tan and an eyebrow tint. Nicola is always professional and kind, with loads of experience in the beauty industry, so I always have confidence in her work, whatever I’m having done. Emily is amazing! I used to really struggle with acrylics and the short amount of time they would last on my nails for. Emily now does my Biab which lasts 4 weeks+ and still look amazing! The salon is beautiful and i love having a chat with Emily - I always look forward to my appointments ☺️
