Ell is was very kind and welcoming and was amazing at putting me at ease while doing my intimate waxing. Very professional but so easy to chat to. The service was 10/10 exactly like her Instagram pics. The wax was done quickly and efficiently so pain was a minimum, and the added vajacial was such a relaxing end to the treatment that I almost fell asleep 🤣🤣 Thank you so much for getting me holiday ready lovely, you are a star and I will be booking in again soon 🩷

She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in — we had such a nice chat and even a few laughs which really helped take the edge off. I was genuinely dreading it, but she was so gentle, professional, and reassuring the whole time. I’d 100% recommend her for any first-timers because she really knows how to make you feel at ease.
