Bonnie is very friendly and knowledgeable. Receptionist is very friendly as well. Just wish that staff could have informed the extra charge for the extra item, for example - manual cleaning for the blackheads. Hope that after-service/procedure instruction can be included/emailed to client as part of the service standard so that client can know what to do after each procedure. A few areas can be improved for customer experience- feeling rushed; feeling pressured to buy products/services;only cared about sales not client’s needs/knowledge training.
