I have been seeing Kamal for years for waxing, she is fantastic. I will not see anyone else, and now I come to the West Island from downtown! She is kind, efficient and makes you feel comfortable. 1000% recommend and looking forward to trying other services at La Plume Beauty Center!

Was never loyal to any hair salon or stylist until Gretchen came into my life. Not only is she an incredible person who has turned into a friend but her attention to detail and perfection of her craft is astounding. She never disappoints. My hair always looks marvellous when she's done. The salon itself is such a gorgeous space made to feel like home. Her team is so delightful and service is impeccable. Eliza is amazing! Professional, easy going and very gentle. This is the best mani/ pedi I have had on the West Island hands down! The salon has such a welcoming and cool “Cali” vibe that I didn’t wanna leave. I will highly recommend and definitely be back sooner rather than later.
