Thanks for fitting me in so soon for a repair job and then a lovely file and polish: they look really nice and I felt like what I wanted was being 'heard', yet I also wanted to hear what the professionals thought would 'do' to keep the nails going until a more major visit next time. That was awesome: I didn't feel as if I was being sold more than I wanted, but they did more than they needed to anyway, which was very kind and professional. It's a lovely salon plus it's easy to park. On time as well! Thank you, ladies, and see you soon.

Lina was great at doing my SNS today. Was thorough and gentle - I have a sore finger and she listened and asked for Hayley’s opinion as well. I have tried other local nail salons in the last 6 months due to work schedules and once again I have returned to Ten for the quality and care.

I had incredibly damaged nails caused by shellac removal with a drill from a different salon. TEN came to the rescue and assisted me. Thank you Hayley for being so gentle. Super happy with my nails and will make sure I only use TEN in the future. TEN team are incredible x

Had my nails done for the first time with Nina. She was friendly and professional. I wish she was a bit more gentle but she was great regardless. I also love the atmosphere of the salon it was very comfortable. Would come by again :)

I almost never leave reviews, but TEN is really special and has completely changed my experience of what a nail salon should be. I have had the best manicures in over 30 years of getting them - my nails never break, peel or crack and the SNS doesn't even scuff or dull! They look so natural and lovely. To be able to make an appointment and know it will start on time, and be treated as a VIP and not a number is a game changer. The staff are clearly so happy and Nina is an absolute SWEETHEART. 100% flawless service and highly recommended, thank you! I'm a permanent customer now for sure.

I’ve lived all over Sydney, and travelled the world and this is still the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! Beautiful and elegant interior, very hygienic, gorgeous customer service, loveliest pedicure/manicure massages, foot scrub, attention to detail on cuticles/paint work and my normal polish lasts a full week!!!!!!

The BEST pedicure I've had in Australia! Love the decor, love that it doesn't feel like any other nail salon where you are just a number. The lady who did my pedicure was thorough, friendly and professional. I will definitely be back!

The eyebrow QUEEN! Always so impressed and happy when I walk out of the salon.

My daughter and I did the 90 minute couples pamper package, what a lovely experience it was. The massage was so relaxing and the facial was divine. Jinan was very knowledgable and friendly and the salon was very nice too. Can’t wait to go back again soon

Wonderful experience

Jina keeps everything well-organized and clean at her salon. She was very patient with my little one and was happy to wait untill we were ready to get her ears pierced. I've also booked in for myself to get pampered, cant wait for my appointment. Well definitely recommended her to my friends and family.

My daughter and I had our first experience at Pampered & Co and we absolutely loved it! It was so special to share in a pampering experience together but the ladies made our experience even more special. It was so relaxing and we’ll be back for sure!
