Thanks for fitting me in so soon for a repair job and then a lovely file and polish: they look really nice and I felt like what I wanted was being 'heard', yet I also wanted to hear what the professionals thought would 'do' to keep the nails going until a more major visit next time. That was awesome: I didn't feel as if I was being sold more than I wanted, but they did more than they needed to anyway, which was very kind and professional. It's a lovely salon plus it's easy to park. On time as well! Thank you, ladies, and see you soon.

Lina was great at doing my SNS today. Was thorough and gentle - I have a sore finger and she listened and asked for Hayley’s opinion as well. I have tried other local nail salons in the last 6 months due to work schedules and once again I have returned to Ten for the quality and care.

I had incredibly damaged nails caused by shellac removal with a drill from a different salon. TEN came to the rescue and assisted me. Thank you Hayley for being so gentle. Super happy with my nails and will make sure I only use TEN in the future. TEN team are incredible x

Had my nails done for the first time with Nina. She was friendly and professional. I wish she was a bit more gentle but she was great regardless. I also love the atmosphere of the salon it was very comfortable. Would come by again :)

Had the most amazing facial from Steph and then came back and had a back facial - amazing. And as always every manicure I have I am more than pleased, each and every time. The best nail salon I have ever used anywhere in Sydney.

I almost never leave reviews, but TEN is really special and has completely changed my experience of what a nail salon should be. I have had the best manicures in over 30 years of getting them - my nails never break, peel or crack and the SNS doesn't even scuff or dull! They look so natural and lovely. To be able to make an appointment and know it will start on time, and be treated as a VIP and not a number is a game changer. The staff are clearly so happy and Nina is an absolute SWEETHEART. 100% flawless service and highly recommended, thank you! I'm a permanent customer now for sure.

My daughter and I did the 90 minute couples pamper package, what a lovely experience it was. The massage was so relaxing and the facial was divine. Jinan was very knowledgable and friendly and the salon was very nice too. Can’t wait to go back again soon

Wonderful experience

Leanne is a true professional, very friendly and very accommodating to your needs. I have been visiting the salon for over a year now on a monthly basis, each time with a Top service in a very clean and well maintained premises.

Jina keeps everything well-organized and clean at her salon. She was very patient with my little one and was happy to wait untill we were ready to get her ears pierced. I've also booked in for myself to get pampered, cant wait for my appointment. Well definitely recommended her to my friends and family.

This was the second time I'd had a beautiful massage and facial at Pampered and Co and both times have been really relaxing and exceeded expectations. Staff are courteous and professional, surroundings are serene and discreet. I'd highly recommend them and they certainly live up to their name "pampered"

Came across this place through Google search. Intrigued by the high reviews booked an appointment to check out the place. I must say for the first time the reviews were authentic. This place is a must try. I can’t find enough words to comment on the exemplary service provided by Janin. For the first time ever had a relaxing experience within a safe environment. The products used are fabulous too. Bit on the pricey side but I guess it is worth the price. Hats off to Janin & her team. Highly recommend it. Will definitely go back.
