I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a brow and lash treatment at Emulate Beauty, and it was amazing. Emily was absolutely lovely, making me feel comfortable and at ease from the moment I walked in. The salon itself is beautiful, with a welcoming and serene atmosphere that enhances the experience. Kayla is a true professional. She is knowledgeable, caring and great at her job. The only thing I would flag is the last few visits have been busy with people walking in during my treatment and she needs to attend to customers. Also the door is closed regularly. This is a staff issue. This little salon has become quite busy and cannot function with one staff member. If this continues you might lose some clientele. This salon is growing and needs the staff to man the store.

As soon as I walked in to her salon Kafa was able to scan and assess my face with what needed to be done within a few minutes. She then sat me down and explained what she was going to do, and show me what the end product would most likely look like, according to the shape of my eyebrows and my face. She was articulate in explaining the procedure. After she had finished, she had shown me and told me if I was not happy with anything that you would adjust to my preference. I was so happy with how I left her salon and the confidence of how my eyebrows look. I would definitely recommend Her

Kayla and Alex are very professional, knowledgeable and a delight to chat to when visiting for a treatment. Kayla is always prompt and I never feel rushed when being treated. Highly recommend any of the therapist at the salon.

Kayla is an excellent beautician. She has exceptional customer service, knowledge and excellent work. The other two girl, Alex and Tasha are always friendly and accommodating. Excellent team. I enjoy visiting the salon.

I’m really fussy with my brows and Steph is the only person I trust with my them! She really takes the time to listen to what I want and explains every step along the way, making sure I understand what we’re doing. She will tell me how we can achieve what I want but also explain any issues that may happen (like regrowth patterns etc) She’s fantastic and the chats we have are awesome too!

Steph is true expert, always very attentive and amazing at what she does.
