I had my first Indian head massage and reflexology session with Nicola yesterday and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease. Excellent experience with Cariad, very easy to book, easy to find, nice clean and professional environment and made to feel welcome and at ease on entry even though I've done this quite a bit before, its always appreciated. Went for the Bespoke experience and was not disappointed, an informal talk about my physical/mental situation and then recommendations on therapy options and a targeted massage combining relaxation with working out stress points etc. Comfortable environment and peaceful non-invasive music. Overall 10/10, well worth a visit! :)
