I had my first Indian head massage and reflexology session with Nicola yesterday and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease. Nicola has such a calming presence and a real gift for what she does. The head massage was incredibly relaxing and worked wonders for the tension I’d been carrying. Excellent experience with Cariad, very easy to book, easy to find, nice clean and professional environment and made to feel welcome and at ease on entry even though I've done this quite a bit before, its always appreciated. Went for the Bespoke experience and was not disappointed, an informal talk about my physical/mental situation and then recommendations on therapy options and a targeted massage combining relaxation with working out stress points etc. Comfortable environment and peaceful non-invasive music. Overall 10/10, well worth a visit! :)

Nicola could be compared to a refuge,somewhere safe to relax,take stock and find yourself-physically and/or mentally. I always leave soothed and cared for. Nicola is quite simply the best massage therapist i have ever experienced. I never leave with discomfort or pain,only healed and calm.
