My first experience at the Montréal ouest location. Had a lymphatic massage and it was amazing. Very knowledgeable masseur, right amount of pressure applied and ensured through that I was okay and explained what to expect! Definitely I’ll go back. Marisa

I had a wonderful massage experience. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and I felt completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The therapist was attentive and skilled, and the massage itself was deeply relaxing. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and noticeably less tense.

I just had the most incredible Ayurvedic full body Abhyanga massage at the westminister spa! The skilled therapist worked magic on my muscles, easing tension and leaving me feeling utterly relaxed and rejuvenated. That’s saying a lot for mom of 5-year old twin boys! The warm oil and gentle strokes were pure bliss. I floated out of there feeling like a new person! Highly recommend.
