Lois always makes me feel at home when having my hair done. She is such a lovely person inside and out and the effort she goes into to get my hair as I want it is second to none. My skin feels amazing after a dermaplane with Sophie, had a lash tint and Henna brows too which look fab. Sophie puts you at ease straightaway and knows her stuff when it comes to the treatments she is offering.
