Pier always takes care of me. She always uses hot stones and great massage techniques to allow my muscles in my back and shoulders the relief they need. The acupuncture always relieves tender areas of pain and inflammation. The best self care day.

Fabulous service in a beautiful space!

This was my first time at Note to Self Wellness. The space is gorgeous and spacious. My Gua Sha and cupping experience was very enjoyable. I will definitely be back for regular sessions.

I never knew what a facial could be until I started seeing Lynn (2 years ago). It’s more than a cleansing, it’s more than a cliche “spa day”. It’s an hour to yourself to melt away and reach complete and utter relaxation, calm, and peace under the guidance of a Lynn’s hands. Do yourself a favor and book!

The staff was very welcoming. The space is gorgeous and inviting. Pier was thorough, extremely knowledgeable, intuitive, gentle and had excellent communication skills. I am looking forward to working together to accomplish my self care/nourishment goals.
