Magical. Everything about this place sounds and smells amazing, the gal at the front desk is attentive, knowledgeable and warm, and the treatments are heavenly. Pier is so generous with her knowledge and advice before even getting to the treatment (which is so thorough and nuanced). No rushing you in and out. My fave spa lately!

The esthetician did a great job with my treatment. The spa was warm and inviting. However, I just didn’t like how you can smell the strong aroma inside since I’m very sensitive to strong scents. The diffuser/incense that was used at the spa left a lingering odor on my hair.

Was a fantastic first time acupuncture experience!. Craig was such a delight! Not only was there a full patient history taking where I got to talk about my pain in full detail and with much feedback and care, but they addressed my source of pain/ discomfort directly! I left feeling completely relaxed for what maybe the first time in my life! So very grateful and planning on setting up a long term pain relief plan soon!

This is my first time getting a holistic facial, and it truly opened my heart. I love being as organic and close to spirit as possible and it was all of those things and more! I had the most relaxing experience at Note to Self! I started with an acupuncture session with Pierre, who was incredibly calming and attentive—it set the perfect tone for the rest of my visit. Then I had a facial with Mesale, and it was truly the most relaxing facial I’ve ever had. She has such a gentle, grounding presence, and the whole treatment felt luxurious and deeply restorative. The entire vibe of the space is peaceful, intentional, and beautifully curated. I left feeling completely refreshed—and my skin is glowing. Highly recommend if you’re looking to truly treat yourself.

I recently completed a package of five acupuncture treatments with Pier. This was my first experience with acupuncture and I’ve already seen tremendous health benefits. From the beginning Pier was attentive and inquisitive, gathering a holistic picture in order to provide the best treatment. I was diagnosed with MS five years ago and have experimented with various modalities to improve my quality of life. This has been one of the most impactful. I highly recommend Pier and Note to Self Wellness! Not to mention, they have created a beautiful, relaxing, and inviting space.
