Magical. Everything about this place sounds and smells amazing, the gal at the front desk is attentive, knowledgeable and warm, and the treatments are heavenly. Pier is so generous with her knowledge and advice before even getting to the treatment (which is so thorough and nuanced). No rushing you in and out. My fave spa lately!

The esthetician did a great job with my treatment. The spa was warm and inviting. However, I just didn’t like how you can smell the strong aroma inside since I’m very sensitive to strong scents. The diffuser/incense that was used at the spa left a lingering odor on my hair.

Was a fantastic first time acupuncture experience!. Craig was such a delight! Not only was there a full patient history taking where I got to talk about my pain in full detail and with much feedback and care, but they addressed my source of pain/ discomfort directly! I left feeling completely relaxed for what maybe the first time in my life! So very grateful and planning on setting up a long term pain relief plan soon!

This is my first time getting a holistic facial, and it truly opened my heart. I love being as organic and close to spirit as possible and it was all of those things and more! Great space on a rainy day

A lovely spa-like place. Clean, welcoming and great service. The waxing was terrific. I’m going back for a pedicure.

I had one of the best massages ever in life. This was the first time, in a very long time, that I was able to relax during a massage. I have chronic back pain and muscles spasms. My massages are usually spent getting the kinks out. I relaxed so much I dozed off and maybe snored a little. The space was clean and inviting. The staff was welcoming. It just felt good to be there. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful time today at the Avenue 215 Self Care Studio in Philadelphia. I received a one hour Stone Spirit massage with aromatherapy and hot stones by my masseuse Sharne’. Today they offered spa services, manicures and pedicures for men only from 5pm-8pm, cocktails while we were watching the basketball for us to enjoy during our services. There was great brotherhood and friendship there today. I love this place and enjoy all the services each time I go for my appointment. They have a friendly, courteous and professional staff. Thanks.

I had the most relaxing experience at Note to Self! I started with an acupuncture session with Pierre, who was incredibly calming and attentive—it set the perfect tone for the rest of my visit. Then I had a facial with Mesale, and it was truly the most relaxing facial I’ve ever had. She has such a gentle, grounding presence, and the whole treatment felt luxurious and deeply restorative. The entire vibe of the space is peaceful, intentional, and beautifully curated. I left feeling completely refreshed—and my skin is glowing. Highly recommend if you’re looking to truly treat yourself.
