Customer service was good. The physical appearance is good. Things I will always remember. 1. Chai tea 2. The heated massage bed 3. My massage. I work in the hospitality industry, and that makes me very critical of service. I rated the service as good because I know it can be better; however, I will be back when next I visit Mandeville.

Anna was really great. She made me feel relax even during the waxing process. She talked to me seem like we knew each other a long time. The atmosphere was relaxing and it smelled great. Trust me 100% there is nothing I wouldn’t change. Love it

The ambience is clean, inviting and relaxing. Their staff is friendly and accommodating, I arrived early for my appointment and I was offered tea while I waited. I also like the staff-client rapport during the actual service, I was relaxed and comfy for the whole session. Thanks Spa Blu!

Awesome is an understatement. My cousins and I booked a spa day for our mothers for mother's day. The place doesn't just look welcoming and relaxing, IT IS! When mi seh spick n spang, u know weh mi mean. They said the massage was THE BOMB! All tension gone, they slept really well that night. Manicure and pedicure was very well done. The team is very professional and super nice. They followed up to make sure we remembered the appointment and the time. If u want King n Queen treatment, visit Spa Blu. You couldn't ask for a better spa, trust me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is my first time at Spa Blu. I had a wonderful experience. Always nice to be pampered. The ladies were wonderful. Thank you Sasha. I enjoyed the pedi and facial. Had my eyebrows done as well but I'm so sorry I do not remember the young lady's name. Thank you. It was not a painful experience like other places. It was great that they kept asking if you're comfortable. Kudos Spa Blu. I will be switching spas. 🫢
