My 1st time at this spa was excellent. I would have forgotten my certificate but because I had given in my code upon booking Felicia told me I could still get the service done. If you are looking for a spa whether it be nails or hair removal, this is the place to book. Customer service top tier and all the staff are genuinely pleasant and don't bring their personal day even if bad to work, not that I've seen or ever experience. I loved every visit and I will be back again.

I recently had the pleasure of indulging in the Island Xmas spa experience at Reflections Spa. My treatments began with the Lomi massage and a facial expertly administered by the masseuse (unfortunately I'm bad with names and I've forgotten hers). I, however, have not forgotten her skilled hands which worked out every knot and kink, leaving me feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. The massage was tailored to my specific needs, with just the right amount of pressure and technique. Next I had the pedicure, which left my feet looking and feeling pampered. Rating: 5/5

Karissa was so welcoming and professional, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. She really took her time to ensure our locs were neat, even, and styled to perfection.
