Excellent session with Jason - highly recommend! He’s very knowledgeable, kind, and listens to you. I’ve been to several massage therapist and this one was the best by far. My left hip and knee felt a lot better after our session, I have exercises to practice, and I already booked my follow-up.

I booked in for a sports massage but it was much more indepth and thorough. Jason's assessment, treatment and recommendations of exercises to complete at home has made an improvement in how I feel, my flexibility and discomfort. I booked an appointment due to sore shoulders and arms. Initial appointment was very thorough and Teresa advised on other issues that I didn't even mention, she's very observant. The first appointment left me informative of dietary issues and lack of vitamins. The second appointment got me well on the way to be fixed with stretching exercises to do to help ready for a third appointment. Couldn't recommend enough. THANKS xx

My first session with Teresa was very helpful. I was having some lower back pain that was keeping me awake at night. This session helped pinpoint the reason for the pain. She did some adjustments that helped immediately. I have a followup session planned.

Fantastic-very good professional soft tissue massage. Jason took in account the history of the injury, made an assessment and explained everything in detail- learned a lot about the the mechanics of the legs- how to prevent another injury from happening and vey good advice regarding stretches and treatment. Super happy would highly recommend him for ultra runners!

As I've said before, Theresa is a true professional and a great practitioner of her craft. Recent severe back disorders were identified, treated, and a rehab programme put into place.

Theresa is always thorough and gives me exercises to continue with.

I recently tried another physio treatment clinic ( Physio Fitness @ Hurn) as I had heard positive things. I block booked some sessions, and after 3 months I was in as much pain as when I started! Not good! So, I looked elsewhere and booked in with Jason. After two sessions, I was pain-free! Totally and highly recommend Jason.

Vicky is very attentive, respectful and knowledgeable. Her innate desire to help combined with her skills makes her an excellent therapist. Highly recommended.

A brilliant sports massage as always, legs feeling ready to tackle another long run!
