Outstanding!! I was so nervous, having waited a whole year to try find a new salon to have my hair done. From the second I stepped into the salon, I was treated like I'd been going there for years. Such a friendly and family like atmosphere, calm and relaxed. My hair looks amazing and I'm already booked in again. Thank you to you all for making me (and my autistic daughter stealing the sweets) feel so welcome xxx p.s. the shared mince pies and christmas nibbles were perfect too! See you in the new year :)

First time coming here and it was wonderful. Laura is amazing and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. It was lovely to have some advice about how to care for my nails following my appointment which is something I haven't had from past nail salons. I would highly recommend to people

I love my visits to see Ella & Millie at The Hair Retreat. They are both so welcoming & friendly and listen to what you have in mind. They give the best advice and options/alternatives in a professional & polite manner. I have always had short hair but with their guidance & encouragement, my hair is the longest it’s ever been and is at its healthiest. I’ve never left their salon unhappy with any aspect of my hair and the colour is perfect every time. They also make the best Merry Munch & drinks x

This was my first appointment with Laura and I can honestly say I was impressed,with my first impressions of her newly decorated salon which was spotlessly clean and covid friendly.I was given excellent customer service the whole time I was there,which is hard to find both, someone who is good at providing quality nail services and a good customer service too. I was given lots of advice from Laura and no questions unanswered. There was so many colours to choose from spoilt for choice and I loved that Laura was happy to experiment with detailed designs and use her experience.

Andrea is the best! I have recently began my BIAB nail journey. I started off with barely any nails at all due to being a biter to now having a gorgeous set of nails. I couldn’t have done this without the support from Andrea. Andrea is really attentive, kind and she has made her home salon a safe space for all. Andrea is extremely professional and knowledgeable at what she does. I absolutely love coming to Andrea for my nails and I would not go to anyone else!

Love getting my nails done by Sophie, she takes great care of my nails and they always look and feel fab and strong! Would highly recommend!

Hanna was so welcoming from the minute I stepped into the salon, she worked with me - to get was achievable with what I wanted for my hair and finished with a beautiful soft shiny cut and curl. Absolutely love the colour!! 10/10 recommend I’ll be back 🫶🏻
