So patient, friendly and easy to talk to, I felt so at ease. Zo listened to everything I desired and was able to give me what I wanted. Nothing was too much of ask. She even went the extra mile to give me an aftercare kit to ensure they stay looking their best! I love my nails, thank you so much 💗

I have been having regular dermaplaning with Jade who is so lovely, attentive and chatty. Skin feels great when I walk out the salon and feel so relaxed. Would thoroughly recommend!

Alina is a wonderful lady and the service that she provides is always thoughtful and full of support. It doesn’t matter if you don’t know what kind of shape or colour you want to do for your nails on the day, she’s more than happy to help you out, and she always does it with a smile on her face. absolutely LOVE my new set of nails. Diana always delivers exactly what I want and is always happy to try anything out. I'm not your typical one colour all over or classic white french mani person that's for sure - whatever idea I come in is always fulfilled. looking forward to my next appointment.

Professional and attentive. Beautiful salon!

Really happy with how my nails turned out, just one small issue -the flowers that I had on my nails were not glued on very well and shortly came off.

I’ve tried several different treatments with her now and each one has been carried out to the highest standard, I always walk away happy with the results and make sure I have my next few appointments booked in advance. Would highly recommend, Studio Eleven is a clean, modern and calming salon.
