My first visit to the Medi and Beauty Spa and I will be back. Definitely the best pedicure experience in Knutsford. Lauren did a wonderful job and the space itself is really lovely and comfortable (especially the air con in this heatwave!)

Had a lovely experience at Knutsford Medi Spa, very relaxing and one of the best pedicures I have had. Lauren was very experienced but very gentle. I would strongly recommend her and will definitely be booking again soon.

This was my first visit to Vanessa after seeing a friend’s gel pedicure which looked perfect so I had to book in. I had BIAB manicure & it is one of the best I’ve had. She spent a lot of time & care on my nails. I would highly recommend her.

I have not been for treatment on my nails for a very long time. I was going away for a mini break with my friends and decided to get a manicure. Carrie said she had availability last Sat at 2pm. After speaking to Carrie, I decided to have the gel nails. I am thrilled with the colour and the gel. I got home tonight from my holiday and my nails look like new. I will most certainly be going back to her. She was positive, bubbly and very helpful. Maureen Whittle

Appointment was originally booked for 4pm then it was changed to 4.10 and then again to 4.20. We arrived before our appointment and left in a back room. No one engaged or apologised that appointment time passed and they were running late. Once with Gracie everything went well and my daughter got the design and colours she wanted. Daughter very happy with the nail quality and designs Worth the wait but always engage customers and apologise for being or running late
