My first visit to the Medi and Beauty Spa and I will be back. Definitely the best pedicure experience in Knutsford. Lauren did a wonderful job and the space itself is really lovely and comfortable (especially the air con in this heatwave!)

Had a lovely experience at Knutsford Medi Spa, very relaxing and one of the best pedicures I have had. Lauren was very experienced but very gentle. I would strongly recommend her and will definitely be booking again soon.

This was my first visit to Vanessa after seeing a friend’s gel pedicure which looked perfect so I had to book in. I had BIAB manicure & it is one of the best I’ve had. She spent a lot of time & care on my nails. I would highly recommend her.

Gracie is an incredibly talented and professional young nail technician, and her customer service is second to none. She takes such care and pride in her work, and my nails are always absolutely perfect — they look beautiful and last for ages! She has such a lovely personality and is great to chat to, which makes every appointment a pleasure. You can really see how passionate she is about what she does - a real professional! If you’re looking for gorgeous nails, great service and a lovely experience, I would 100% recommend Gracie. Thank you

Appointment was originally booked for 4pm then it was changed to 4.10 and then again to 4.20. We arrived before our appointment and left in a back room. No one engaged or apologised that appointment time passed and they were running late. Once with Gracie everything went well and my daughter got the design and colours she wanted. Daughter very happy with the nail quality and designs Worth the wait but always engage customers and apologise for being or running late
