I had my first visit to this salon for a luxury pedicure, and honestly, I’m so impressed. The staff were welcoming and friendly which is always a bonus when you are trying somewhere new. The pedicure itself was incredible - super relaxing and really thorough. Every step felt thoughtful, from the soak to the exfoliation and massage. You can tell they really take their time and care about the experience, not just the result (although my nails look perfect too!) It genuinely felt like a little escape rather than just an appointment. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and planning my next visit!

I reallly enjoyed my pamper package at the knutsford medi and beauty spa with Chloe. Chloe was attentive to my needs and applied just the right pressure for my back massage which she checked with me to see if it was ok. Lovely relaxing facial too. Thank you.

Great pedicure Carrie was friendly and professional and the salon is nice and chilled with the best pedicure massage chairs in knutsford!

A wonderful nail salon. My first visit but certainly not my last. My nails were exactly what I had in mind. Done to perfection. Tom is knowledgeable about nails, is warm and very welcoming. Super efficient. Very happy customer.

I love coming to gels by Nessa. Her nail art is fab, so skilled! Preparation of the nails is thorough, atmosphere is lovely and relaxed. Already booked my next appointment 🫶🏻

I honestly couldn’t recommend Carrie enough. My nails were in such a damaged state and I was really nervous about getting them done again, but Carrie completely put me at ease. She used HEMA-free BIAB which was exactly what I needed, and took so much care with my natural nails throughout the whole appointment. The finish is absolutely flawless – they look so natural, healthy, and strong again. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and genuinely cares about nail health, not just how they look on the day. Such a lovely, calming experience from start to finish. Thank you Carrie! x

I’ve been visiting Nessa for my nails since November 2024. My nails were very brittle and short after years of using acrylics back to back, and now thanks to Nessa they’re long and healthy. Nessa is a brilliant nail tech - she’s great at nail art and shows real attention to detail. She cares for your nails. My nails are in the best condition they’ve been in for years. Not only is Nessa a fabulous nail tech but she’s also become more like a friend. She’s lovely - it’s so nice to come in, switch off from work, have a hot drink and a chat, and leave with beautiful nails. Highly recommend ⭐

Great curly hair cut. Brilliant to have a curl specialist in Knutsford

Tom is always great and does a fantastic job. I had some new nail finish using magnets (!?!) that looks like glass , really nice for Christmas. So glad he’s bank in Knutsford.

My nail experience is/was very good 👍🏽 Nessa’s nail studio is calm and comfortable 👌🏽😁 My nails are beautiful 😍and she has made me realise that the previous nail person had done some damage to my nail bed, which I wasn’t aware of. Overall I am very happy that a friend of mine recommended me to her. Happy days and happy nails 🥰😍😊
