Fantastic deep tissue massage with Kamila. I was also given some very useful exercises. Kamila also explained what she was doing and what I could to support my back in between appointments. I’ve already booked a further appointment. Would highly recommend. Thanks Kamila

Nicola is the best hairdresser I've ever been to. Ever since she rectified a truly terrible cut by someone else I've had complete trust in her. She is fantastic at style and colour advice and brilliant at styling my hair which is really thick. I'd be list without her now.

Can’t thank Nathan enough, he treated my teenage son to relieve shoulder pain and improve his mobility, he really enjoyed the experience, his pain has gone and he’s regained the mobility in his arm/shoulder, will defo be booking a follow up session!

I visited Kamila for the first time 3 weeks ago after suffering for a long time with restless/heavy legs. I've seen my GP and had numerous massages but nothing had worked. I booked in with Kamila as I was so fed up with the pain. After a consultation she advised I have 3 sessions with her and I honestly cannot believe the difference. She is lovely and so welcoming into her home, is very knowledgeable and always giving advice on how to manage symptoms day to day.. I would 100% recommend her and I would not go anywhere else now..

Nathan is extremely professional with a fantastic ability to create a calming environment. He understood my pain points, and his technique to release my knots was amazing. I feel like a new woman after completing the session. Highly recommended!

A calm and pleasant arrival, setup quickly and came equipped with oils and lotions to suit my mood and preferences. Massage was tailored to my needs, tension and knots just melted away. She is able to pinpoint the problem very quickly and really works at it with a deep massage. Great advice on what exercises to at home

Nathan was brilliant. Super chilled and spent some time understanding what I wanted out of the session and taking in my injury history. 1 hour later and my back feels incredible! Follow up session booked to support my training and got a lovely little gift bag too. Sums up Soul + Motion perfectly….mindful and friendly.

This was a new experience for me and after the deep tissue massage I was very relaxed and chilled out
