Kamila is wonderful. She will put you at ease by explaining what needs to be done that will be the most beneficial for her clients. She has done wonders for my knee which will help pre op and post op too due to the excercises she gives you. Kamila has a lovely room that is relaxing and she is happy to chat about anything that is concerning you. 10/10 Would highly recommend her. Well done Kamila.

I visited Kamila for the first time 3 weeks ago after suffering for a long time with restless/heavy legs. I've seen my GP and had numerous massages but nothing had worked. I booked in with Kamila as I was so fed up with the pain. After a consultation she advised I have 3 sessions with her and I honestly cannot believe the difference. She is lovely and so welcoming into her home, is very knowledgeable and always giving advice on how to manage symptoms day to day.. I would 100% recommend her and I would not go anywhere else now..

The knowledge Kamila has is unbelievable. She can diagnose the issue and give you exercises to strengthen or balance out any issues you have. As long as you follow what she says it's going to work.

I had my first session with Kamila today regarding my hip problem, and it was an excellent experience. Kamila shared a lot of valuable insights, and her depth of knowledge was truly impressive. All the information she provided was incredibly useful and gave me a better understanding of how to approach healing. I’m really looking forward to collaborating with her further. I went in with a tight lower back at least i thought thats what my issue was. I explained it to the best of my ability and Kamila noted everything down to identify my issue. She started working on my back and quickly identified the issue and helped relax the muscles. I left with so much knowledge about the body and as well as feeling great. I'm writing this review after my training session and my back has never felt so relaxed and released. If you have any problems I 100% recommend you book an appointment, your eyes will be opened by how much better you will feel.

Kamila performs a thorough sports massage - it’s not relaxing, but the difference post treatment is worth every penny. She is passionate about her profession and always asks the right questions. This is my third visit and I will definitely be returning for maintenance purposes.

Kamila was absolutely excellent. Very knowledgable & helped to identify an issue with my foot that had occurred from running. Great sports massage & several exercises to do / articles to read. Follow up plan identified. Would highly recommend.
