Heather made me feel really comfortable and explained the procedure to myself and checked in with me throughout to make sure I was good. She also talked me through aftercare required and I left feeling really relaxed and positive 😄 Enjoyed every minute!

I had such a lovely experience at the Beauty Lounge! Homeira was absolutely amazing from start to finish — she made me feel completely comfortable throughout and really took her time to make sure everything was perfect. Appointment on time, relaxing atmosphere and Codie is very experienced doing nails and her treatments.

I had a wonderful Renu facial with Gemma, it was so relaxing and I recieved a massage while the facial mask dried. My skin feels amazing and I'm looking forward to my next treatment.

A very pleasant experience

Was a little nervous to start but Gemma put me totally at ease explaining what the whole procedure would entail. Having suffered for over 2 years with leakages and having to wear pads constantly when Gemma completed the treatment the improvement was almost immediate. It has need a few days now and my life has been transformed! Gemma advised I may need a further treatment in the future and if I do I'll be back to her straight away.

Fantastic, i feel amazing, my skin feels amazing, absolutely over the moon with the results after 1 session, Heather was amazing, we had a lovely chat about everything, thank you so much, I will definitely be booking more 🥰
